Added the critical damage modifiers to the weapons to better suit the updated versions.

This update adds small +Crit Damage modifiers.

Base Mace +CritDMG for Ebony = 8
Base Mace +CritDMG for Daedric = 9

So, in other words 18 base damage on maces divided by 2 is 9+CritDMG.

Base WarAxe +CritDMG for Ebony = 7 since 15 can not be divisable.
Base WarAxe +CritDMG for Ebony = 8 since 17 can not be divisable.

All you mathbros out there, I know you can but the game engine doesn't run like that since the weapons only use integers. ;(
