-Changed all common angel rooms to have at least 1 angel statue. The only time the angel room will have no statue is if it is a rare room.

-Curse Rooms, Challenge Rooms and Error Rooms remain unchanged with weights but are considered done by the mass-weight-rebalancing due to them already being balanced around something else.
-Total of 4 of the above rooms were user-submitted rooms on the discord!
