A new minor overhaul for the Rattler
-The new stealth package comes with an advanced passive sonar system that greatly improves the passive sonar on the ship, in addition to a exterior light switch.
-A self-controlled battery that changes its charge rate depending on charge % and load. Meant to help the grid while the reactor ramps up during instances of increased demand.
-Detonators with foam grenades fitted to the exterior engines with 3 charges engaged from engineering.
-Increased length by about 1 meter to fit the new equipment.
-Changed price to 5000 (Unsure how the changes effect performance especially since stealth is a very underutilized mechanic, might up later)
-Minor decorations
