Fixed soul hearts being replaced by black hearts when taking full heart damage

Fixed bone and black heart effects triggering on rare occasions. Only black hearts are now able to sometimes trigger. However this case of triggering is extremely rare.

Fixed Mod Config Menu not saving settings when restarting the game.

Fixed characters without health instantly dying.
Fixed issue when multiple character where present only one would take all the damage.
Made the mod also work for jacob and esau.
Made the mod work in coop.
Fixed a bug where sometimes an extra half heart would be taken when going through a cursed door.
