Oh my gosh, I just decided to retest them on a whim while I was pruning through my mod list and it suddenly works now!! Last time I checked, it kept crashing the game everytime I went through a curse room and whatever changes you made must've fixed it. Huge kudos to you!!! This is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much!!!

Does this need an update for Rep+?

It's gulping whatever trinket I'm holding when taking "crow heart" damage, but the trinket doesn't actually get gulped so it's just deleted.

Sooo anyone have it randomly not working? Idk the reason,somehow between runs it will just not work anymore,like I was playing Cain and could go in cursed rooms and red heart would be taken instead if soul's,then 2 floors later,nope soul hearts taken

After I subscribe Revelation, cursed door effect is broken.

Demon beggars also take full hearts with car battery.

With Car Battery a cursed door took a whole heart.

when i try to use soul of the forgotten to use the summoned forgotten in a sacrifice room, it continues to spawn the crow heart trinket and eventually crashes my game. mod works fine for me otherwise

Just tested it again after a long while of having it disabled, and yeah, unfortunately it looks like its still crashing xd

idk if people have told you about this, but your mod makes Potato Peeler take out 2 heart containers at once for one cube of meat. Just letting you know.

i'm also getting the crash related to blessing of the crow that other people were reporting, just to let you know that's still going on in case you thought you had fixed it

I like this mod, but it's pretty annoying that it takes eternal hearts if you have them.

Seems like the mod is broken? Whenever I try to enter a curse room or step over sacrifice spikes or any other instance where this mod would come into effect, the game just crashes whether I actually have any soul hearts or if I just have red health. Though when I try to enter a curse room while I have i-frames up, it doesn't crash, and when I self-harm with characters that only have soul hearts, it doesn't crash either, so make of that what you will?

After update from 25th April when I enter a curse room the game crashes

kian The issue should mostly be fixed now. There is one special case in which this can still happen which i've put in the list of known bugs. Sadly i can't work this issue out completely but i hope this fix is good enough

And Epicburner while fixing the bug above i've slightly changed how the mod works and i've tested this new "logic" with tainted Maggy without problems. So hopefully if there was still a bug with t. Maggy it should be fixed now that the mod is working differently than before!

I'm not so sure what caused the bug, but I don't necessarily mind being able to get a small advantage with tainted Magdalene, so it's not enough of an issue to uninstall this mod. I knew this wasn't an intended feature, so I decided to tell you.

The_furf_of_July As i've already mentioned in the mod description you can turn the effect off for sacrifice rooms via the Mod Config Menu

Due to the way this mod works, it seems to have additional benefits for the Forgotten - every time you spend red health to enter Curse rooms or use the Sacrificial room spikes, it adds soul heart health to his ghost form. This interaction also supercharges the Alabaster Box on any character, counting as a full soul heart every time.

I would love this as a passive item, but feel it makes sacrifice rooms a bit too strong.
Wouldn't mind having just the mauso door change though.

Revalopod i looked into trying to add this but it seems that with the current modding api there’s no way of knowing if the source of the damage was a golden battery so sadly i can't add this feature . Maybe one day if the modding api gets fixed/updated but for now the answer is no because of this.

There is a bug with EID and Sacrifice Rooms if you enable the blessing on them. It should be an easy fix on your side I believe, the variable that dictates the Sacrifice Room counter in EID should be accessible from anywhere.

I found another bug related to Tainted Maggie.

Maggy doesn't take damage from a sacrifice room past the first temporary heart.

Works the same as any other mod. After defeating mom achievents will be enabled. So you need to beat mom WITHOUT mods on first before you can play with then enabled.

I got footage of a bug probably related to the other day's Lilith issue.
In this situation, [cdn.discordapp.com] if I understand it, it's trying to give me back the black heart I haven't lost, turning my other soul hearts into black hearts.

solamon77 there's already a trinket with this function in Repentance: it's called the Crow Heart.

That's why the mod's name is Blessing "of the Crow"

This is a pretty cool mod, but I think I'd like it more if it was tied to a trinket. Any chance of something like that coming?
