FSpecial - Confusion:
New version of this move is crazy cool! But... a little overtuned :D

-Reduced range
-Only gives boosted momentum once per air-time

- Downthrow increased damage
- Downthrow more noticeable indicator to make it easier to tech
- Downthrow stronger on grounded opponents, weaker spike in the air

-Upthrow decreased damage

DSpecial - Disable
-Fixed showing an error sprite if an enemy has not attacked yet
-Fixed disabled opponent stalling in the air by mashing their disabled move

Down Air -
-Reduced spike knockback

Tail Attacks
-Increased startup by 1 frame

USpecial - Teleport
-Increased landing lag on long version

-Confusion grants slightly less air mobility

-Dair sourspot has more knockback

-Dash attack lasts for 2 less frames

-Shadowball startup, endlag, and damage nerfed

-Added sound effects to rapid jab

-Fixed reverse Fstrong causing you to slide extremely far

-Added an inner hitbox to Confusion to prevent whiffing up close

-Confusion now provides 1 frame of advantage on hit.
-Jab is now frame 3. This allows you to consistently jab after Confusion, unless the opponent has a frame 2 option.

-Fixed Shadowball applying the effects of Confusion or Disable in some situations.

-Disable now lasts 5 seconds on normal attacks and 2.5 seconds on specials.
-Disable reduced air-stalling effect.

-Increased pratfall landing lag (3 > 9)

-Lowered angle on sweetspot FAir (55 > 50)

-Dash attack reduced sweetspot size and strength.
-Dash attack added endlag.

-Dtilt extended range slightly.
