-fixed eternal red skull creating fires inside walls and outside the room if it creates it too close to a wall

-eternal homunculus will take a shorter time to free itself and now steals hp if it damages a player
-reworked eternal begotten
-fixed the door of the challenge room becoming wrongly eternal when it shouldn't be or non-eternal when it should be in some rare situations
-fixed eternal delirium not keeping it's eternal appearance when it's dying
-fixed a problem with eternal greed and eternal super greed if you are using the Enhanced Boss Bars mod

-removed the creep that the rage creep spider creates because it was making some rooms impossible to clear without taking damage if you don't have flight
-increased the speed of the rage creep spider

-reflected tears are now the exactly the same size as it was before being reflected, but it now requires to be bigger to deal a full heart damage
-removed the hp regen from eternal duke of flies and eternal husk

-decreased by 20% the speed of the light beams that eternal gabriel and eternal uriel creates that chases the player

-modified the function that fixes the size of projectiles to affect only and truly eternal enemies
-eternal lust head and eternal super lust head are considered bosses now (not sure why I not made then bosses since the start... lol)

-eternal dead meat will now shoot blood projectiles and not corpse projectiles to avoid a inconsistency with the cysts shooting blood projectiles
-eternal great gideon and eternal mega satan projectiles that splits into more projectiles will now do the explode animation and death sound as the original projectiles do
-eternal evis will steal hp faster from the player if it catches a player
