- Method name change (TriggerObject.)

For the toxic buildup setting;

- StatDef name change (ToxicSensitivity to ToxicResistance.)
(Changed the toxic buildup formula accordingly, I hope.)

- Added ToxicEnvironmentResistance multiplier from the new Biotech dlc. (If it's active)
(I'm not sure how it works, I don't have the dlc. I just went parallel with the Toxic Fallout calculation in the original code.)

Added settings for different tastes, while trying to keep the various requests in mind.
- Optional different effects to plants with different blight levels.
- Toxicity options for plants and pawns.
- Added a positive thought for the mod's hediff along with the no hediff or anesthetic hediff options.
- Hediffs and toxicities are affected from pawn's toxic sensitivity.
- Experimental and optional binge behavior patches, try and tell how it goes.

New popper texture. (Old one is still in the folder.)
