Small morale and gun range update.

Matchlock range and accuracy tweaked, they now have 150 range.

Slightly reduced morale penalty for casualties at early stages 6-80 deaths.
Slightly reduced morale penalty for general death.
Slightly increased overall morale.

This change is aimed to make it so an entire 20 unit army stack wont break and flee as soon as their general dies if sniped early. And should also increase the morale of Ashigaru so that they wont break in 2 seconds when fighting away from the general.

This should increase the battle time a little longer, however the casualty rate is still the same and its still possible to win battles fast through flank charges and general assassinations and take-downs.

Would love some feedback on how this change feels and if i should revert it or tweak it.
