v1.603-WC Return of Legends Update

Added 640mm Onager and Ironfist Batteries, as well as respective ammo.
- Added early. Other weapons are limited to those added in and before v1.6, and will be added in later updates.
- Also means the custom progression system is not yet present.
Updated all models to modern counterparts.
- May have accidentally added future AWP content, too. Consider it a bonus.
Updated to new WeaponCore version managed by AshLikeSnow.
Updated some damage, velocity, and accuracy values to match Space Engineers: Outlands rather than Assault Weapons Pack.

I'll make proper patch notes when I'm more comfortable working with WeaponCore again.

Fixed all weapons cosplaying as conveyor sorters.

Fixed 20mm Rotary Autocannon's subpart not appearing.
Attempted fix for fixed weapons not being recognized by WC.
Attempted fix for certain turrets not firing when valid targets are present.
300mm Flak Shell no longer damages voxels.
