Removed charge resistance stat and shield wall now lowers a units missile range by 100%.

A very long overdue update to make this mod a lot more usable.

-AI can no longer use formations as they were not properly utilizing them.

-Formations for foot troops will no longer close ranks and maintain a straight lined formation. The reason for this is that in Warhammer 2 single entity units completely broke the AI. Instead, now formations act as a kind of ability for the units now. (Hopefully when this mod is brought over to Warhammer 3, Cathay's formation ability fixes this issue)

-Balances the formations for foot troops so that formations are mainly used for defensive purposes, and not offensive.

-Small tweak to cavalry formations.
