v1.1: Fixed a possible edge case for Reverse Card where it would sometimes stop being removed from Isaac after use. (Sheesh, who knew time travel was so complicated?)

If anyone else encounters a case where this card stops working correctly, please leave a comment noting how long the run had been, whether the card was triggered with Blank Card or not, whether the Reverse Card (or any other cards) had been used before that run, and whether you had any other mods installed.
