Reverted PopTrap ownership change, fixed a bug with the Breener, BRAAP, M2021. Where reloading an incomplete magazine does not visually replenish bullet chain.

PopCap sensor is now far more perceptive, PopCap laser is now visible even if PopCap is offscreen, PopCap now gives owner credit for kill, PopCap can not collide with Owner.
