Added a Chibi Bench so you can craft random chibis when ever you want

Fixed the Eggs required for the taming kibble. should be any again
Added ground mount rotation speed potion

Swapped the Netgun to the vanilla one cause it\'s crashing single player games.
If it doesn\'t work I will have to rebuild it from scratch more then likely.
The files I\'m using are in the kia via wildcard and may not be fully funtional as they do work in the kit.

Have tested on all platforms. If you have an issue unsub and resub (Possibly even delete the mod from the folder then resub)
Make sure the servers have actually updated Steam has been a little weird lately with updates.
Sometimes they just don\'t happen 2 ways to fix that is to restart steam or unsub resub.
Be sure if you unsub let it finish verifying before you resub.

Was made aware of the 21600 cooldown timer so I removed it

Engram Unlocker Potion works, I will work out a way to make it work on Gen2 Engrams
Still working out the Tek boot and power issue so I will leave it vanilla version for the time being.
