Update: 5 Apr, 2022 @ 7:34pm

  • Fixed instances where servers would crash if the Repair Podium tried repairing a structure that required different repair materials than those that were needed to craft it.

  • The quality colors on the structures list in the Repair Info UI now match the current quality colors (and will automatically update if Grapeshot updates the colors again).

Update: 26 Feb, 2022 @ 7:07pm

  • Fixed modular ship repairing only accepting base/generic resources.

  • If your repairing gets stopped due to insufficient resources, your message will now list what resources you are missing.

  • Added 37 different looks for the repair "npc" on the Repair Podium. Can change freely through the radial menu.

  • Added a Ship Repair Info UI (can view either through the radial menu or the button in the Repair Podium inventory).

  • Added an optional config to allow the Repair Podium to repair the most damaged structure instead of a random structure. (SelectMostDamagedStructure=True)

Update: 18 Oct, 2021 @ 12:19pm

  • Fixed Repair Podium NPC from not displaying the proper animations when repairing/not repairing. For reals this time.

  • Added notifications for the player who initiated the repairs on the Repair Podium when repairing has stopped: Unanchored repairing disabled, no resource chest on ship, insufficient repair materials, all structures repaired, all eligible structures repaired (unanchored and structures not damaged enough).

  • Added new 'No Aggro Protection' on ships that have a Repair Podium on board. When the ship crosses a grid or comes out of stasis when unanchored (from getting disconnected mid-sail etc) the ship will not gain the aggro of any Ships of the Damned/NPC enemy ships for 30 seconds (can modify time using NoAggroProtectionTime=30.0). You\'ll know you\'re protected by seeing the swirling green shield particles on the Repair Podium. Attacking an enemy NPC ship/SotD will cause it to ignore your protection and attack back. To disable the No Aggro Protection completely use DisableNoAggroProtection=True

Update: 23 Aug, 2021 @ 8:50am

  • Fixed Repair Podium structure NPC not always displaying the sweeping animation when repairing after crossing a grid.

  • Fixed sail canvas not being repaired unless the sail structure was damaged as well.

  • Fixed Repair Podium inventory not being lockable (any previously placed Repair Podiums will be unlocked, so be sure to lock them. New ones will be locked by default).

  • When a player tries to start repairing when unanchored and the server has unanchored repairing disabled, they will now receive a message stating it\'s disabled.

Update: 17 Jul, 2021 @ 1:19pm

  • Added more paint regions to the Repair Podium.
  • Updated Repair Podium item and skill descriptions.
  • Repair Podiums now have their own inventory that it can pull from in addition to the ship\'s resource chest for repairs (must still have a resource chest on the ship). This allows repairing of modded structures with repair materials that cannot be placed inside a ship resource chest.
  • When fully (green) anchored and no ship structures have been damaged in the previous 10 minutes (600 seconds), will instantly repair all structures (if materials are available) when set to repair. Change the damage cooldown for instant repair: (InstantRepairDamageCooldown=600.0).
  • Default StartRepairHealthPercent changed from 0.99 to 0.995 (This setting will now only apply to unanchored repairs. When anchored, it will repair any damage).
  • Modular ship components can be repaired using standard mats (no need for Patch Kits) when repaired from the Repair Podium. Default settings use 25% of the resources normally needed if you had crafted and used a Patch Kit. To change amount of resources needed: (ModularRepairMaterialMultiplier=0.25). To completely disable repairing of modular components through the Repair Podium: (DisableModularRepair=True)

Update: 1 Jul, 2021 @ 7:39am

  • Ship Repair Podiums are no longer a seated structure that requires an NPC or player to use. They now come with a permanently attached NPC that is part of the structure itself (doesn't eat and can't get killed etc). Just press 'E' on the structure to start/stop the repair process. Structure NPC will sweep when repairing.
  • Modular component on ships can no longer be repaired through the Repair Podium due to this change, though standard structures on Modular ships can still be repaired.
