Finally added a replacement for the Autokar: the Barrack rifle

bullets are fast.

added freindly fire warnings to the Vulcan`s and Eruptor`s descriptions.

Re-added the fuel air cannon as the FSH-2 Vulcan napalm shotgun

Changed the way the Erupt fires so that it is less lagtastic, watch out for that shrapnel though.
