Major buff of exp spider, nerf of some T1 units, added heavy aa ship from new version, so the mod will work now only from 1.15.8

Probably a lot of changes, but most important, i reverted back the economy to x1 and added 2 new experimentals to the experimental factory

I am too lazy to write here small changes, so here are some big changes: added chain lightning to some tesla units and buildings, decreased T2 upgrade time to 50s for all factories

-Increased upgrade time of T2 for land and air factories (from 40 to 60 seconds)
-Some tweaks in ai behaviour, so it wont spam mech factories only

-Added repair bay (faster healing)
-Added laser defence (intercepts more projectiles in T1, faster recharge speed when out of energy)
WARNING! There is a bug when charging laser defence upgraded, it will upgrade to the not charging version while still charging
-Buffed flame mech damage (12>20)
-Missile tank deals less damage (30>20)
-Increased price of gunship (600>800)
-Increased building time of some flying units (jets and т2 interceptors take 25 secs, helicopters and т1 interceptors take 13.6 secs)
-Nerfed T1 artillery (decreased armour to 2 and hp to 180, delay increased to 5 secs)
-Changed some light tank stats (decreased price (325), but increased building time (10.1 секунд)
-Buffed air attack of heavy tank (25>50)
-Some changes for heavy artillery (increased range in moving state 305>200,deals more damage while stationary (200>250) and more splash, delay increased to 8 secs)
-Hovertanks (both tiers) got 35 hp increase
-Gunboat rework (can attack ground units, range decreased 125>140, and so did damage 14>10)
-Buffed turret armour (land 6, anti-air 5)
-Buffed exp tank speed (0.3>0.45)
-Buffed fire bee (More damage overall and more splash for missiles)
