transwarp gate reworked,

no longer provides shipyards instead the second level adds a building to the local starbase allowing almost instant shipbuilding
no longer connects to gateway network, but is a part of its own network active from the initial tier

defence newtork is now a power core component, has the same power output of a T3 reactor, (let me know if it needs more for other OP mods)

added two new AUX component, one unique to the destroyer

1. Adaptive shielding; (yes shields for you guys going BUT MA LORE /s)
5 tier component that reduce the out going shield damage of the enemy fleet. (10, 30, 50, 70, 90)
and a minor boost to regen)
2, Adaptive weapons (for destroyers only)
5 tier component that boost your fleet outgoing damage to hull/shield/armour 20-100% more, but will reduce the ship it is equiped on by 80%
