(With these changes Tenshi's fastest aerial is now frame 9 and her whifflag accross the board is roughly comparable to Clairen unless I missed something meaning she should have slightly worse frame data as a whole comparatively.

The latest iteration of install has been getting knocked out of Tenshi very easily leaving her at 1.4 KBA and taking that extra 10% without much reward. T

Fixed various vfx bugs.

Uspecial no longer puts people in hitstun in pratfall when broken.

-Fspecial: Now has pratfall after endlag in the air. Aerial endlag increased 12 > 32f.
+Fspecial: Now covers more distance on the ground.
+Fspecial: Jump cancel can now reverse direction.

-Ustrong: Has increased friction during startup. This is to prevent crazy sliding ustrongs with the new fspecial speed.
