Added 2 late war squads for Soviest and Germany
Fixed no defender on points
Reworked division system
Tanks can now push tanks of their weight and lower
Plane debris should be movable
Changed research cost of some units
Fixed no AI spawning when player defending
Fixed no emplacements for Finland when player is attacking
Reduced AI army a little bit
Increased rewards for risk factor for hard a little bit

Fixed missing Fin AI for mid and late game
fixed incorrect CP values for rus and ger units
updated the latewar configurator settings so it should work
added some new logic for paratroopers, but haven't fully implemented yet
tweaked ai tank attack logic
