Returned some files that got deleted in the previous update

Added MG emplacements for engineer
Changed high sandbag to a better and actually high sandbag
Changed small foxhole co hold only one unit and to be a garrison
Decreased enemy army size
Decreased amount of research points available
Changed target priority for tanks to hopefully make them consistently target enemy tanks
Changed amount of points to win (increased the speed of points ticking to compensate)
Reduced time to build trenches

Increased AI reinforcements when AI defends
Increased invincibility time for AI when spawning by 2 seconds
AI gets gradually bigger reinforcements
