- CBP Launcher will now do a load-unload cycle for CBP if user says no to the "default to CBP?" question on first launch. This ensures CBP files are always on-hand in one of their expected locations so that code never gets confused (and as a side effect, CBP files become a reliable source for modded files for use by plugins).
- Info button for plugins now displays slightly more information with marginally better formatting.

Alpha 7 PR7
- In light of new information regarding the Bark/Trireme bug, the mod remains in a hybrid format of direct mod and local mod (data files are direct mod).
- Pending confirmation from final triple-verification checks, the Bark/Trireme bug has been quashed. Rejoice!
- CBP Launcher's integrated mod manager is now ready for testing!

- The status readouts in UI elements have been updated, including the removal of the white background bug in singleplayer game lobbies. This includes a detailed CBP status readout on the main menu screen, which will soon update dynamically based on the files you have loaded.
- A bunch of other improvements have been made to CBP Launcher and CBP Setup GUI.

IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE CBP LOADED, YOU MAY NEED TO UNLOAD THEN RE-LOAD CBP IN ORDER TO GAIN ACCESS TO ALL NEW FILES.

- Updated mod format (mostly direct mod instead of local mod)
-> This version of the mod unfortunately has not switched 100% of its default files to the direct mod format, and so is still affected by the Bark/Trireme bug for now (but I have subjectively lessened its severity when it does occur). The next major update I will do my best to complete the conversion to completely eliminate the bug.
- This update DOES include updates to balance.xml as part of the above, making it incompatible in multiplayer with earlier versions
- A dummy patch notes file is included, so hopefully you'll see that being loaded up with the launcher
- A bunch of improvements to CBP Launcher and CBP Setup GUI
-> CBP Launcher may be somewhat buggier right now due to the conversion to the new mod format - please report any bugs!

- Incremented exe versions
- CBP Setup GUI (patriots.exe) should no longer be perpetually sad about failing to recognise that CBP Launcher did in fact successfully start
- CBP Launcher will now try to keep CBP Setup GUI (patriots.exe if replacing launcher) up to date
- CBP Launcher's option to replace (or not replace) the default launcher should work more reliably
- Minor launcher changes

note: mod version was not incremented; will still show as PR5 because it technically is

- CBP Launcher UI overhaul and minor code changes.
-> Patch notes will fail to load because that file has not been included.
- No balance changes; should be compatible with Alpha 7 PR4 in multiplayer if one or more players has trouble updating.

Alpha 7 PR4

- workaround for RoN's terrible mod loading which is in turn only happening because of a RoN:EE bug: Bark/Trireme-related damage modifiers should no longer be loaded a second time if playing back-to-back games (no longer need to restart to "reset" the loaded files).
- RoN:EE bugfix: elephants no longer deal 30% less damage to Barks and Triremes
- THIS UPDATE MAY TROW AN ERROR IN CBP LAUNCHER ON INITIAL UPDATE FOR SOME PEOPLE. Side effect of janky pre-release version of the launcher, which is why I didn't want it being publicly tested q:^) In my test sample size of two computers, one had an error and one didn't.

UPDATE: I spent 11 hours to do those fixes, and it seems like I've been pranked. The result is similar to PR3 i.e. subsequent games fuck up the modifiers. I'm exploring other solutions but obviously will not be continuing to work past that 11 hour window just yet.

Launcher will now correctly handle trying to completely unload CBP while CBP Setup GUI is still running.
