退休年龄大幅度增加。
随着年龄增加带来的微量减益改为微量增益。
年龄增加不再带来面部皱纹，但是头发仍然会逐渐变白以显示年龄变化。

Retirement age increased.
The minor negative effects by aging become positive.
No getting facial wrinkles when characters are old, but still keeping the gray hair.
