Buffed well/temizuya's default settings.
player distance: 2 -> 3
range: 4 -> 15
aoe: 2 -> 3
added longer ranges in the config.

Bug fix:
Placing the well/temizuya is showing the wrong range.

Buffed lava pool. Added 20 additional damage per second when inside of it.
(Configurable)

Bugfix:

Latern/Toro losing brightness from hands when the duration is set to infinite.

Toro not having any light effect when newly built.

Update:

Tweaked buckets.

Waterbucket now lowers temps and can water farm plots. They also add more moisture faster.

Lavabucket increases temps when inside the inventory.
