- Fixed UI bug that prevented paradrop, priority target, and mountain tunnel operations
- Units no longer become obsolete (e.g., cannot train Cuirassiers after learning Combustion)
- Fixed UI bug that prevented the power panel on the City Details screen
- Fixed bug that caused a Civ 6 game with no expansions to crash
- Fixed bug where unit flag didn't state which Barbarian clan a unit was from
- When siege units attack an embarked unit, the embarked unit now gets -17 to balance out the siege unit's -17
- The city production menu now updates yields on the city card
- In the city tile menu, the purchase and swap buttons now update yields on the city card
- Basic unit info added to unit flag tooltip (base strength, movement, sight range, attack range)
- "Remove Government Plazas" game option moved to Hop-Ons section and unselected by default

Better Diplomatic Quarter (new game option)
- Consulate: influence point generation and all yields doubled
- Chancery: influence point generation and all yields doubled, unlocked at Mathematics (instead of Diplomatic Service)
- Recruit envoy (new project): add 1 envoy
- Expand espionage (new project): add 1 spy slot

Better Government Plaza (new game option)
- Warlord's Throne: 10 turns of production (instead of 5)
- Foreign Ministry: Levying units costs no gold (instead of half-off); also City State units get +7 combat strength instead of +4
- Grandmaster's Chapel: Spreads religious pressure to nearby cities upon killing an enemy unit; No longer allows faith buys

Better Warfare (new game option)
- Unit promotion trees updated
- Spies can be purchased with Gold
- Infantry units no longer require Oil

Team Adjustments (new game option)
- Players can form diplomatic alliances from turn 1
- City States don't enforce their borders (anyone can walk on their tiles). This avoids the complication where my teammate is suzerain and yet I can't go on the city-state's tiles without declaring war on the CS.
- Learn From Other Civs: Removes the bonus % from alliances, friendship, open borders, joint wars, and defense pacts (because in team games you get a boost from your teammates when they discover a tech/civic)
- Soli Deo Gloria: Removes the beliefs Wall of Righteousness and Tzevaot since they misleadingly sound like they would help teammates in their own territory when they don't

Better Governors
- No longer wipes out the Secret Society governors
- Akeem
-- Loses "Elite Coordination" title (may train corps/armies directly)
-- Gains "Battlefield Decorations" title (Military units trained in this city can promote without ending their turn.)
-- Stiff Upper Lip: fix bug where units got damaged unit penalty when defending city ranged attacks

- Gustav
-- Base: was +100% production toward walls >> now Can't be put under siege; immune to battering rams and siege towers
-- Redoubt: Loses the part about not being put under siege (since it's now on base)
-- Trigonometry: Now adds an attack to ancient walls (range 1)

Soli Deo Gloria
- Kosher Food, Convents, Monasteries, Abbeys: housing bonuses doubled
- with Z Unit Marks: Great Prophets now give green/red dots like Great Generals

Olympic Pantheons
- Ares: Great General points reduced from 2 per strategic resource to 1

Better Scouts
- Mapmaker promotion replaced with Sentry (can see through trees)

Engineers Are Also Sappers
- Fixed issue with Sapper ability applying when the engineer was not adjacent to the city tile

Siege Units No Extra Movement
- Fixed bug where Supply Convoys also gave +1 movement to siege units

Balanced Walls
- Removed "Battering Rams and Siege Towers are no longer effective on your cities" modifer from the Steel technology (it's acquired by building Renaissance Walls)

Loyalty Matters
- Shopping Malls create loyalty pressure
- Government Plaza, Diplomatic Quarter and their buildings create loyalty pressure

Remove Civ/Leader Traits
- All players can build Queen's Bibliotheque

Battle Notifications
- World coordinates don't show up until you've met all major civs

General
--Embarked units no longer heal
--Fixed Firaxis bug where clicking your own unit while viewing City/District Ranged Attack targets would mess up the UI
--The escape key now deselects a selected unit or city
--The escape key no longer brings up the In Game menu
--Previously Recruited page now lists the most recent great people recruitments at the top (instead of bottom)

New Option "Better Governors"
--All the governors were renamed and given abilities that you really notice. Some of the promotions are weak-ish or situational, but all the governors are must-have. Another interesting decision...

Districts On Resources
--Antiquity Sites and Shipwrecks are now removable

Difficulty = Combat Strength
-- +2/4/6/8/10/12/14 CS for difficulty (instead of 1/2/3/4/5/6/7)

City States Aren't Backwards
--City states automatically get any tech/civic learned by any met civ
--City states now also get 5 gold per population

Olympic Pantheons
--Fixed issues with Ares, Dionysus where their modifiers duplicated on save+load

Soli Deo Gloria
--New follower belief quotes
--Added Albert Schweitzer to Modern Great Prophets
--Carthago Delenda Est: was +5 CS, now +6 CS

Battle Notifications
--Disabled vision on HotSeat games (would often stick and give permanent vision of some tiles)

Better Scouts
--Troop Intel promotion now applies properly to City Ranged Attacks

Balanced Walls
--fixed bug where Victor's Embrasure promotion wasn't giving his city an extra range on their ranged attacks

Learn From Other Civs
--fixed bug where being in an alliance also gave bonus %s for open borders, defense pact, etc
--fixed calculation of the turns needed to research a tech/civic

Remove Foreign Information
--Remove health information for encampments in the fog of war
--Remove religion icon when you don't have visibility (which allows knowing the city's population and pantheon)
--Remove the infoboxes under the city banner for religion and loyalty (the info is available by other means when you have visibility on the city)

Reveal Strategic Resources
--fixed bug where it wouldn't accumulate Oil until you had the Steel technology
--James Young grants 3 boosts instead of 2
