fixed a couple lighting issues with the doors
reverted the door speed to be non instant as it was causing physics issues
fixed some potential sound errors

added the minecraft door sound effects
made the doors open instantly (for those with monitors that display below 60fps)
fixed a couple weird bugs with the doors
found a shitton of lighting bugs i need to fix.
