Changed the starting performance of engines and gearboxes for ERS teams so its easier for CYOT teams to catch up without needed to spec engine or gearbox

Updated base stat modifiers and base price of engines specfically in the lower series
Changed rulesets in endurance to not have spec engines anymore
Upped base prices of engines and other parts slightly in most higher tier series
Equalized Engine and gearboxes in all Open Wheel Series this is to cause a more frantic power train battle between teams in the first few seasons as well as giving certain teams advantages depending on the tracks
Gave minor boosts to alfa romeo and toyota and jaguar possibly a few more tweaks in the future if needed

Updated the base stat modifiers ers and aps engines and lowers the base prices of every engine to lower costs

2022 Driver Update Updated stats of many drivers some drivers moved around for semi realism Max to honda and Bottas and Zhou to Alfa add some new F2/F3/F4 Drivers as well This possibly the final update for any of my mods before F1 manager arrives Thank you for Joining me for the journey ive given you all the last 3 years!

Added custom logos and names for all Gt and Endurance teams tweaked Designdata files for GT and endurance tires and general car performance stats in it
Base performance of the teams has not been tweaked nor has tire wear/ race length due to not having alot of time in either mode

Rebalanced some engine suppilers across all three open wheel series to make other engine types useable compared to the previously overpowered v6 turbo hybrid
Minor tweaks to how the cars get lap times
