Updated health and minimap to be checked less often in order to reduce lag, however the displayed values will take a small amount of time to catch up sometimes.

Changed some things, hopefully providing a meaningful performance boost. Still stuck on some things, but I am currently fully focused on improving what I already have in order to boost performance. Tainted Isaac, Cain, ???, and forgotten will have to wait a bit.

Added pocket item display! Currently, this simply shows an outline around the "currently selected" pocket item, and displays the name of it as text. In case these aren't aligned, the text at the bottom of the screen is always correct.
Charge for pocket item actives is currently only shown along with the text at the bottom of the screen, but I eventually plan on having a chargebar next to the corresponding item.
I plan on having a more obvious pointer for the current pocket item in the future, as well as a player color and pointer option.

Made the pickup item display a bit nicer. Also, added soul charge and blood charge which appear when the corresponding characters enter the game. Poop display is still not working, but has its own tab. The chargebars for bethany and tainted bethany do NOT show soul/blood charge portions, but each charge unit is worth 1 soul/blood charge, and soul/blood charge is shared among all bethanys/tainted bethanys. Also, a background for the minimap!

Due to the implementation of the multiplayer mode, I no longer am forced to recreate the singleplayer HUD so that the vanilla Found HUD does not appear over mine. In layman's terms, you can enable the game's Found HUD option and it will not get in the way of my HUD anymore! I have taken out the singleplayer HUD and made the singleplayer mode a test option for my convenience. If you want to use it, go on ahead!

Added display for active item charge and battery charge, added display for the first 2 pill/card slots (pocket actives and dice bag dice will unfortunately take a while), added mod rendered minimap so that native game HUD elements could be hidden without too much loss of information, moved things around to be less invasive and efficient with the new space.

Added displays for active items, schoolbag active items, and both trinket slots. Pocket items and active item charge are not yet added.

Fixed the description for font size option. Added an option for minmode, for when I create it.
