Based on some ideas/criticisms, I've made the following changes: As of V2, the WTC yields +2 Culture, +6 Gold, and +1 Great Merchant point, as opposed to +1 Culture and +2 GM Points. Added voice acting by charlatanalley! Added an additional effect, where trade routes TO the city with the WTC provide extra gold.
