- Added rules to existing majors so they should no longer be able to create factions that go against the GAoH

- Created events so China forms a faction for warlords to join (Grand Alliance of Humanity), so now all nations fighting the Zombies will fight as one
- Removed starting factions (Allies, Axis, Comintern), so nations join GAoH, although some majors may form their own
- Slight adjustments of the Zombie starting National Spirit
