Added next dugout area. Added blueprint. Fixed some model hitboxes. Might have manged to pack cubemaps this time, fixing weird shiny.

Updated floor one living area. Enabled sound effects. Added paint and graffiti to paint huffer's den. Updated lighting. Adjusted some roofs. Added new props to new areas. Fixed custom decal display. Fixed several ghost props.
