Modified the ship locker treasure pool so that both the FU starting items and the Braixen/Delphox starting items appear

This patch overwrites "treasure/shiplocker.treasurepools.patch" from the Braixen mod

Due to how I wrote this, I have no idea if items from other mods will appear in the locker or not
