dialogue fixes + spellings
Some single use dialogue is working properly, some are still repeating

Known bugs: Strike outs have been fixed in this version


-Saving and reloading at HQ can despawn the gate guard, but not always.
-First time meeting Rust as a non-skelly needs updating (still using old version)
-Hired skeleton crews don't heal non-skelly players
-Some single use only dialogue repeats itself
-Sgt. Rivet's ambient conversations won't always trigger a response from the other guards.
-Major Nails gets stuck inside his shack
-Rust's final quest dialogue doesn't always trigger, sometimes have to talk to him multiple times to hand the quest in.
-Major Nails goes back to the camp after the final quest, rather than staying in town.
-Rusty Shield AI is just broken, doesn't affect anything.
-Can no longer talk to Oily after completing the quest line
-Farm House during the money collection quest does not populate on some imported games (cause unknown)
