Fixed

Pirate sub fix 2.0

-Gave all pirate sub double thorium rod to increase fuel time and prevent them starting fire and getting irradiated from handling empty rods

-Edited their reactors to never deteriorate

Both fix combined should make pirate mission fully playable instead of a race against time before they die on their own

-Lethal radiation affliction for certain items (railgun, fissile accelerator for fuel/thorium rods,dirtybomb,corium,nuclear depth charge, radiotoxin and staying highly irradiated for too long)

Has a max strenght of 100

The first 20% act as a buffer and has no effect while decreasing over time like radiation, neither does it show up on scanner or health interface until that point

After crossing that threshold it will increase over time

Will cause dna damage, burn, internal damage and in the final stage permanently stun the character until dead

Only curable with anti rad, only protected against it with the PUCS

-RFA (rapid fission accelerator) : tagged as reactor fuel so masterwork quality is possible as engineer with the talent perk

Each rod fire their own type of bolt now :

Radiation gain only for uranium/thorium rods

Fulgurium get extended stun and very small EMP on impact

Incendium deals double burn damage

Volatile have the characteristics of fulgurium and incendium combined

-All containers for reactor fuel : changed as to not accept RFA as valid item

-All impact sensitive rods : changed the code so they don't blow up when used in the RFA

-DNA stabilizer :

Skill check failure still reduce DNA damage a bit to avoid space herpes with karma turned on

Changed skill check failure damage from organ to a full body internal one

Damage spread over 6min instead of 20s

-Electric sound for fulgarium rods when not contained to help understand why junction fail and to ease finding its location

-DNA stabiliser : medical skill check increased to from 30 to 70

-DTPA : medical skillcheck increased to from 20 to 35

-Changed radio protectant description to make it clear it does not reduce radiation but only reduce incoming radiation

-Tuned down radiation from destroyed reactor, no more instant max affliction for stepping more than 0.1s in the room though you stil get max afflictions in a matter of a few seconds

Known issues

-Missing puke sound effect for the death sequence when reaching 100% DNA damage

Its not a coding error but no matter what I do either the bloodvomit affliction or the death sequence one, depending if placed above or under the other in the xml, have its sound not playing, so I have choosen to make the one wich is rarely happening to be the mute one

-Getting burned through walls from critical reactor stages

Unable to find the root cause, the code is ok and shouldn't allow it
