Better Battles - Version 1.5 Update
  • Fixed a bug where the option tooltip for an event was showing the key reference for its localisation instead of the localisation
  • Changed the wound type received as a result of some events which were unreasonably dangerous
  • Reduced the amount of events which will grant the player the "severely wounded" trait
  • Developed an event chain which can cause the character to become permanently traumatised from sequential traumatising events
  • Added a new trait
  • Updated two events to rebalance the chance modifiers at a more logical and fair level
  • Added new events
  • Added new modifiers
  • Added a more refined format guide for developing more events, traits, and decisions (This adds nothing from a player POV, but makes my job a lot easier)
  • Fixed issues with notification localization not appearing correctly
  • Slightly adjsuted the effects of some events to make them more appropriate
  • Changed the probability modifier of a few events that were either firing too frequently or not frequently enough dependant on various variables the character posesses
  • Added generated characters to a couple of events to make them seem more genuine
  • Removed the "battlefield legend" modifier from all references in the mod files and replaced it with a much better-looking trait of the same name

Better Battles - Version 1.4.2 Update
  • Fixed a bug causing siege events to fire even though the player character wasn't leading an army or leading the siege which the event fired for

Better Battles - Version 1.4.1 Update
  • Added more effective event chance mechanics to make the firing of better battles events correlate better to the skills of you, the opposing commander, your knights, and your opposing commander's knights
  • Nerfed the chance of an event firing which resulted in your character losing an eye
  • Buffed the chance of an event firing in which if your commanded army contains a knight who is your rival they would attempt to kill you (This event fired so infrequently I almost forgot it existed)

Better Battles - Version 1.4 Update
  • Added 4 new siege events that will fire conditionally upon the completion of the siege of a holding whilst the player character is commanding the besieging army
  • Reduced the chance of an event which would fire upon the player character winning a siege for a holding which is the location of the holding's ruler from 100% to 10% (Otherwise it's seen too often, and I'll be adding more events over time)
  • Added a load of new character modifiers that are obtainable through events
  • Added new characters in events which create characters for the player to interact with
  • Fixed a bug where the original siege event wouldn't notify the player when they recieve one of the rewards or downsides to picking their event option
  • Rebalanced some of the rewards from the events so the player character doesn't get too overpowered

Better Battles - Version 1.3 Update
  • Added a hidden modifier for an extremely rare event which boosts the player's men-at-arms strength to win the battle
  • Nerfed the difficulty of the learning skill check for the battlefield surgery event
  • Increased the base chance of an event not happening to dilute the frequency of better battles events occurring by 250% (This sounds like a lot, but in the long run won't be as more events are added over time with updates)
  • Added two new modifiers that will determine the player's involvement with better battle events
  • Added two decisions which allow the player to determine whether they will be involved in better battle events or not (These decisions are only available after your character commands a battle for the first time, or the first time your character commands an army again in battle after not doing so for five years)

Better Battles - Version 1.2 Update
  • Added code that fires the vanilla wound reaction event in the case of severe injury, and added a new event in the case of a lesser wound resultant of a better battles event
  • Added two new events, a new character modifier, and a new opinion modifier
  • Reduced the originally excessively high prestige gains from results of better battles events
  • Zapped some bugs

Better Battles - Version 1.1 Update
  • Fixed the modifier sway limits for some duel instances which were causing illogically difficult prowess challenges against your foe in the event in which the player may avenge a knight slain in battle
  • Added a new event which may fire if the player's commanded army contains a knight which is a rival of the player
  • Fixed a bug where the player would simultaneously gain and then fully upgrade the blademaster trait to it's final iteration instead of upgrading it to it's next level or obtaining it initially as a result of an event
  • Across-the-board nerfs to the lethality of events and the odds that the outcomes of said events will cause death or severe injury
  • Across-the-board readjustments to the probabilities of all events that should reduce the difficulty of the game through threat-to-life events being substantially less likely to occur
  • Fixed the durations of character modifiers that were originally incorrectly added for an improper duration
  • Added a mystical new rare significant battle event
  • Added a bunch of new events to add more flavour to the game, and to dilute the event pool with a few more non-lethal events to reduce the previously dangerous nature of the mod

Better Battles - Version 1.0.1 Update
Added a few files that will allow me to continue more in-depth work on the mod. Nothing major, just some housekeeping.
