I still need to change a few things, but this is some more hairs, at least one of which is getting major edits a little later when my life calms down.

Needed to pop the streaks layer over the fringe and not at exactly the same level to get it to show on top for a few hairs. Fixed now.

Adding more hairs and the new fringe layers for some hairs. I intend to add more, but it may take awhile. Now at 40 hairs.
