A couple of quality of life changes. Now the transition into and out of the menu has a bit of movement and fade in instead of instantaneously appearing.

Added default options so that people don't have to set them before using the menu.

I added a barebones options menu where you can enable or disable the time slowdown as well as change the key used to open the menu.

I also redid some of the code to optimize it a very tiny bit. (probably a negligible change)

I added a check to make sure non-enabled items weren't added to the weapon wheel. Thanks to Creation's for helping me solve the coding.
