Fixed a problem with exit modifiers. Had to overwrite the "PlayerLeaveVehicle" hook. May lead to problems later, if it makes problems know, because your a Servernetwork or something, just delete the last hook in the "init.lua".

- Fixed Broken Exit-Positions
- Changed Turret Perspektiv
- Removed door collision (Was needed to fix Ground Base)

Future Changes:
- Making Under-Turret Perspektiv better
- Readding door collision
