GENERAL:
- UTilt, FTilt, NAir, FAir, BAir, and DAir had their sourspots repositioned slightly to make Tippers slightly easier to hit.
- This was one that was suggested from players, citing that the character wouldn't be able to hit tippers reliably.
- Dash Speed increased by .15.
- I thought it would be funny.
