Fixed bug with Oleo coming out of crock pot spoiled.

Configuration now lets you increase or decrease hunger benefit of foods. (affects all foods in game)
The larger the initial (normal) hunger benefit, the bigger the change.
For example: at minimum 'crippling' setting :

>seeds give ~85% of normal value (about 1/2 a point reduction),
>crops/carrot give ~80% of normal value (about 2 points reduction),
>many meals experience ~70% of normal value (about 11 points reduction),
>while meatballs give ~66% (about 20 points reduction)

Likewise at maximum setting, small food benefits do no increase much, while large food benefits get much bigger.

Tomango, Grapricot, Limon, and Papayanapple now all give varying degrees of relief from hayfever

In order from best to worst:
3/4 day = Papayanapple
3/4 day = Dried Tomango
1/2 day = Limon
2/5 day = Tomango
3/8 day = Cooked Papayanapple
1/3 day = Cooked Grapricot
1/4 day = Cooked Limon
1/6 day = Cooked Tomango
1/6 day = Grapricot
