Provides a partial fix for Better Religion Window support. Some purely cosmetic issues still exist.
When Better Religion Window is enabled, the AI will be prevented from choosing a fifth belief (from KoS promotion #4) to avoid the AI getting caught in a possible loop of selecting the same belief that they have already chosen endlessly.
Note that users of Better Religion Window will see all beliefs as available for their fifth belief choice. Selecting a belief that you have previously added to your religion will not function correctly and you will be prompted to select a belief again until you choose a belief that isn't in your religion.
Better Religion Window users will also notice that all five beliefs will not be displayed in your religion window.
