Radio fixes brought across from the TRN Speeder series.

Moved some changes and fixes over from WIP Islander 4 SP 2021. Reconnected electricity to waypoint keyboard and button, and added a name to the rear door toggle button.

Deck lights fix.

Re-added "TRN Pure-Diesel V24" branding to the engine bay.

Major fixes to account for issues that would occur when users did not have file "BEN_negative_weight_block.xml". The boat now functions as expected, albeit with slightly decreased performance.

Minor fixes to account for changes made when adding fuel tank access.

Added a fuel tank access hatch.

Added locking mechanisms to the fuel tank access hatch and maintenance bay. Maintenance bay lock can be found in the crew rest area, and the fuel tank access lock can be found in the maintenance bay, alongside a conditional warning to not open the tank if it is not empty.

This warning can be ignored if you wish, but I do not recommend ignoring it, as the fuel tank can then spill over into the cabin, depending on the volume of fuel and the tilt of the boat.

Initial Public Release of the TRN Islander 4. 11/8/2021

Boat has been in production for around 1 month, and is not based on any previous Islander. The Islander 4 has its own new and unique hull, drivetrain and electrical systems.

The Islander 4 is the successor to the previous Islander 2 and 3 boats, whose lifespans crossed over, thanks to the huge popularity of the Islander 2 models.

The Islander 4 is a new generation of Islander, built for the future.
