* Cleaned up the dumpling sprites to be less noisy
* Added Greed mode waves for all floors
* Added rooms to the chest
* Added unique death note images to each dumpling

* Added unused Antibirth bestiary icons for dumplings, so now dying to them or viewing them in the bestiary shows a dumpling instead of a gaper
