Added a new character: The White Emperor.

--This character has 75+ new cards and 13 relics.
--Added 4 potions to the mod, usable in both characters.


Bugfix and balace changes

--Alva: Nerfed the Plated Armor gain to once per combat.
--Isla, Livre and Velty: removed from the Prince card pool, moved to the White Emperor card pool.

--Itsuki: Fixed an incorrect Strength Gain when on elite combats.
--Leeanne: Fixed a crash that would occur if this card was the first card played in the combat.
--Ada: Fixed a bug that caused this card bonus hit to be always active, regardless of Strength gain.

-- Prim: Fixed an issue with multiple Prim copies not giving Prism Mirror.
-- Lychnos: Fixed a visual bug with the glow of the card.

-- One path increases her damage and applies X weak.
-- The other path gives you energy if you have another Eastern Country in hand.
-- Now Tomoe always deals True Damage.

--Hero Cystal Relic

In order to prevent bugs that cause the skip of combats/rewards/acts, this relic now has the restriction to only be useable during the map screen. This means it can't be used in the middle of an event, in any reward screen (without opening the map first) or during the campfire before choosing an action (rest, upgrade, ect...). The description reflects this change.

--Hero Cards rebalance

-Alva: Damage increased (10->11)
-Solais: Initial damage gain per turn retained increased (4->5)
-Arge: Base damage incresed (12->14), initial damage per charge increased (5->6), damage per charge per upgrade increased (1->2) and damage per upgrade decreased (3->2).
-Tram: damage per upgrade increase (0->1)

--Bug fixes

-Fixed a visual bug where some cards didn't refreshed their new damage/block values while holding them in the hand and before being used.
-Fixed a bug where multiple copies of "On fist use" effects didn't activate in a single combat.
-Julia+: fixed a bug that caused relic stockpiling in multiples.

Fixes

--Nanaly: Changed description on upgrade to be clearer on its effect. First Use has 7 hits, second use has 6 hits, subsecuent uses has 5 hits.
Fixed some bugs and now the card (in the base and upgraded forms) work as intended in description.
Reworked one of the upgrade branches.

--Lychnos+: Fixed a bug thet prevented Artifact gain on subsecuent uses during the run.

--Katara: Change title to prevent confusion about if it belongs on the witch category.

--Isla+: Now applies 2 weak as intended in the decription, rather than 3 weak.

--Fixed interaction between Hero cards and mechanics that duplicates cards in the master deck.

Rebalances:
These rebalances were made with the intent of making early game in high Ascension levels less punishing and keeping the end game power scaling in the same status.

--Initial HP increased to 50.
--Anna: Given an additional effect to increase the damage/block of strikes and defends. This is also with the intend of
giving this card a more impactful role in the combat.
--Initial relic now has the first effect (Draw an extra card on your first turn) as default.
--Increased heal by 1 in Alissa, Cindy and Elyse; and 2 heal increased in Iris.

--Ambrose: reduced damage per discard (16->9) and increased damage per upgrade (3->4)
--Alva: Cost recuced to 1, damage reduced (14->10) and Plated Armor (4->2)
--Arge: damage per charge increases by 1 per upgrade
--Sanara: Reduced Temporal HP to 1
--Tuan: changed original effect "Gain block equal to damage if enemy block was broken" to "Gain 1 Energy if its the
first card played in the turn". Hopefully now has a more impactful role.

Bugs and descriptions

--Benibotan: title changed to prevent confusion about giving Max HP when added to the deck.
--Dina: fixed a bug where glow was always active. Also now Retains its 2 cost.
--Berna: fixed a bug where it gives double of the Strenght in description.
--Rindou: fixed a bug where added 12 fixed block instead of 7.
--Alva: to prevent bugs with cost change effects this was revised as a cost 1 card and removed the effect that
double it.
--Fixed interaction between True damage mechanic and The Boot Relic.
--Irene description changed to reflect how actualy worked.

-Kibahime: effect changed to prevent odd interacctions with other cost reduce effects.
-Kaguya: Cost reduce effect now applies to current cost of the cards affected, instead of the original cost.
-Emelda: fixed a bug where base version did not work properly.

-Ninjutsu descriptions now indicates more clearly that bonus stats given to Shuriken are applied when creating said card and don't affect Shuriken cards already created when Ninjutsu values change.

-Junon and Rozette description now states "common character cards". This includes the character cards in the starter deck.

Common character cards rebalance:
--Removed 6 cards that felt redundant on effects and revised some other to give them more identity.
--Carrie: increased damage (+1) and added "After first use: this gain 2 damage"
--Chizuru: When upgarded, reduced block gain by 2 and increased bonus effect damage by 2
--Harissa: increased damage (+1), removed damage gain effect, instead now has Gold gain on fatal.
--Iroha: increased bonus block by 1
--Kazuha: base card has the same effect that was exclusive to its upgraded version.
--Mao: increased damage (+1) increase block (+1). Upgraded stats are now +2 damage and + 2 bonus block
--Leeane: base card has the same effect that was exclusive to its upgraded version.
--Renarde: Increased damge (+1). fixed description
--Pommier: Increased damge (+1). Incresed bonus damage by 1 when upgraded
--Soma: Increased damge (+1)
--Ertel: Increased block (+1)
--Themis: Increased damge (+1)

-Fixed an issue with upgrading hero cards with the relic "Hero Crystal" and event "Tower Of Heroes" causing the shop to block the Remove Card function and wasting gold as if you used that function without removing any cards.
