Fixed incompatibility issue with simple minded trait from android tiers and this mod's implementation of the Death precept. They should now be able to finish a meal, and should no longer spam your logs like crazy in the process.

-Added a configuration menu.
-Necrolatry meme now also doesn't care about corpses.
-Trade mood now also refeshed by orbital traders
-Colonist duel moved to rituals mod
-Improved quality of Meme icons
-Probably something else that I'm forgetting.
-Oh yeah, the orthodoxy precept. Only for the valiant and the stupid.
