Team and driver stats update.

McLaren now has a better performance than Ferrari.
A few driver stats changed.
The workshop version includes all regular F1 2021 drivers. The first screenshot is what the workshop class looks like officially. I've added a second screenshot with Kubica's driver stats. The player can replace Raikkonen with Kubica if they'd like with the AI skill that I put in that screenshot.
