- Up to this point, Seeds Please Lite and the original mod have been 1:1 the same regarding how the work giver actually works (the pawn AI). On account of quite a few people mentioning non-ideal behavior with sowing procedure, I've taken a deep dive looking through the code and fixing it up a bit.

The behavior has been changed so that pawns will clear out the zone more thoroughly first before sowing, as opposed to just a few tiles. And if they need to cut some grass down they'll drop their seeds, cut it, then pick it back up to resume without all the long-range hauling interruptions.

With these changes, the whole thing is also slightly better for game performance as well.

- The seed processing work type is now its own definition. It'll work the same as before, but if you use the mod Work Tab, you'll see seed processing as its own column now if you want to micro-manage the priorities.
- New seed extraction bills are blank by default instead of everything being selected.

- Streamlined the processing that happens on game load. Before it would process the database 3 times: once for existing seeds, once for auto-generated seeds, and once for recipe extractions. Now it just processes them all at once.
- Fixed rare NRE on auto-seed gen.
- Fixed instance where auto generated seeds may have been missing their extraction recipes.

- A new setting has been added: No useless seeds for sale. When traders generate their stock, they will not consider selling seeds for plants that your biome cannot grow (like palm trees in the boreal).
