Added 'Hit Markers' option (adds animated hit markers & sounds) [off by default].
Fixed vehicle driver kill notifications not working anymore.
Added 'Road Kill' notifications.
Fixed 'Assist' notifications showing up unintentionally when player runs over an enemy they injured.
