Major Update!

- Now appears as a jester to roles that can see the jester (including their fellow traitors!)
- Jester roles are now alerted when there is a Maclunkey in the round
- Weapons bought are now given after their Maclunkey Gun is used
- Now immune to the proper types of damage the jester is
- Fully compatible with the 'Bodysnatcher' role
- Added custom role name support
- Added an F1 menu tutorial page
