GENERALIZED PATCH NOTES
BoG Wario in his previous state was overpowered, had some inaccurate hitboxes, and his physics were too different from a typical Rivals character, and all of these were either unbalanced or did not feel good to use. They all tried to be addressed in the update.

-Dash speed, air speed, jump height, gravity, and fall speed all reduced
-Weight increased so he is no longer the default weight and is now a proper heavyweight
-Many moves given damage more accurate to a typical heavyweight character
-JAB was given very slight knockback scaling
-FTILT now sticks out in front of BoG Wario more, and the hitbox is more accurate
-DTILT had the angle changed, knockback scaling reduced, and the hitbox is more accurate
-UTILT's hitbox was made smaller to be more accurate
-DATTACK had its' knockback greatly increased to help remove an infinite using jump cancels
-FSTRONG was changed to a completely brand new move
-USTRONG was changed to have a sweetspot on the top of the bottle, with every other part of the bottle being weaker and having a different angle, and the hitboxes are more accurate
-DSTRONG has separate hitboxes for grounded and and aerial opponents, the grounded hitbox sends up and is stronger while the aerial hitbox is weaker but spikes, and the hitboxes are more accurate
-NAIR had its damage changed with the finisher sending less far so it can not be used as a kill option
-FAIR was made weaker so it is still strong, but cannot kill as early as it used to be able to
-BAIR has increased damage, and the head now needs to be properly spaced for the sweetspot
-UAIR was made very slightly weaker, and the hitbox is more accurate
-DAIR was made weaker and now always sends the direction BoG Wario was facing when he used the move
-NSPECIAL no longer does damage to BoG Wario and does more damage
-FSPECIAL is now BoG Wario’s previous FSTRONG, but can no longer be charged
-USPECIAL was made slightly weaker and smaller, but has a more appropriate sound effect
-DSPECIAL was given faster startup and made less jank so it has better use, the hitbox is also more accurate
-Whifflag was more properly added to all moves (except for DAIR)
-Animation changes and general visual polish on certain moves
-Some sounds have their volume changed, with a couple new sounds added

im not bothered to make proper patch notes but a lot of stuff changed
-some sprites have changed to be more direct references to book of gameing
-dair has been changed to the ROCK, you can't STOP THE ROCK
-fstrong is now a projectile that is used to stun your opponents and is meant for follow ups
-upstrong now sends further
-nair is larger and the final hit sends further
-nspecial is now easier to tell when wario is vulnerable
possibly something else but im not bothered to remember

Accidentally messed up his running speed last patch, it's fixed now.
